OUR JOURNEY

I’m Jack, born and bred in East London. I have had a constant fascination and obsession with all things food and drink for as long as I can remember – starting in my nan’s kitchen at a very young age.

I represent several leading brands in the BBQ and outdoor cooking world, including Grillstream, Kamado Joe, Traeger, and Gozney. I have produced the syllabus and represent as a chef for two bespoke BBQ and cookery Schools, support brands with product demos and attendance at trade events.

As well as my role as a chef, I have created a media business based on my lived experience that specialises in content creation and digital services. This service is open and relevant to any kind of business hoping to grow through the power of social media.
