What you can expect
Forget sad supermarket fajitas — this is Mexico, turned up to 11, and kissed by fire. In this hands-on masterclass we’ll take you south of the border and show you how to boss the grill with bold flavours, smoky spice, and a bit of meat shack mischief.
From charred street corn, to carne asada, a fish taco which will want to make you turn pescatarian, and even a cheeky Mexican-inspired aperitif, you’ll learn how to transform your BBQ into a fiesta machine. We’ll cover all the essentials: marinades that pack a punch, how to balance heat with freshness, and the secrets to building the ultimate taco.
Expect plenty of laughs, loads of food, and a masterclass that’ll leave you ready to throw your own backyard carnival de carne.
