What you can expect
One beast of a rump, a load of sizzling grills, and more steak than you can shake your tongs at. In this masterclass we’ll butcher, sear, and feast our way through the king of cuts — with sauces and sides that mean business. This is NOT for the faint at heart!

- The perfect reverse sear
- Two zone cooking
- Cooking to temperature and not to time
- Glazing and saucing
- Using charcoal, electric, wood pellet and gas grills
