What to Expect

Who doesn't love pizza? Especially when it's cooked over fire.

Our Pizza Masterclass is all about creating incredible, restaurant-quality pizzas from scratch, giving you the skills and confidence to turn out perfect pizzas at home, time and time again.

We'll cover everything from mixing and handling dough to stretching, topping and cooking pizzas at high temperatures. Along the way you'll learn how to build balanced flavours, choose the right ingredients and get that perfectly crisp base with a light, airy crust.

This is a fully hands-on class, so you'll be making (and eating!) plenty of pizzas throughout the day while cooking on a range of pizza ovens and grills. Whether you're a fan of classic Margheritas or like pushing the boundaries with your toppings, we'll help you create pizzas you'll be proud to serve.

And don't worry if your eyes are bigger than your stomach... we provide takeaway boxes, so whatever you don't manage to eat can go home with you. Just be prepared for the family to suddenly become very interested in your new pizza-making skills!

• Calzone; Italian oven baked folded pizza
• Pizza rolls; quick enjoyable and family friendly
• Chicago style deep dish pizza
• Dessert pizza; for all of those sweet lovers out there!

The school is based off road and can be tricky to find.  Using a sat nav follow the instructions to Spout Lane and follow the quiet road until you see and army base pill box on your right hand side and there is a right hand turn very shortly after this.  Follow the lane all the way to the top and you will find us waiting for you at Slough Hall.

Parking is limited, we will help you park on the day but wherever possible please do car share.
